LŪM was founded based on a strong desire and passion for people, aesthetics, and overall skin health. After diving into the industry, Taylor found a serious lapse in professionally guided aesthetics and skin-care therapy. It was clear that the industry had produced certain stigmas and it became a goal to focus on the patient rather than profit.
By putting patients first and providing professional guidance, we properly treat the skin while also producing the desired overall appearance for each patient. It is our goal to reverse the stigma, provide new hope to our patients, and approach aesthetics and skincare with fully custom, all encompassing care regimens. Welcome to LŪM.

Taylor Duncan, FNP-C
Owner, Founder, & Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Taylor is board certified nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience in aesthetics, dermatology, ER, PACU, and ICU care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana and a Master of Science and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C, where she graduated summa cum laude.
After suffering with personal skin conditions throughout her life that left her discouraged, she decided to focus her education and training on treating skin health as the foundation for aesthetic treatment. Her desire to give her patients real solutions and confidence in their skin health needs is what drove her to develop LŪM aesthetics and skincare. Her goal is to erase the aging process and create a rejuvenated appearance. She has trained under some of the best physicians and injectors in the field.
Taylor has received certifications and training from the Advanced Aesthetic Institute, Galderma, Allergan, and Academy for Injection Anatomy.
Cory Duncan, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Cory Duncan is board certified in Emergency Medicine. His undergraduate studies were at Purdue University and he attended Indiana University School of Medicine for both medical school and his residency in emergency medicine.
He currently serves as Medical Director of the Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville Emergency Department. He also holds an appointment as a Clinical Assistant Professor with the Augusta University/University of Georgia Medical Partnership and the University of Georgia Department of Public Health.
Savannah Wilson
Aesthetics Coordinator and Social Media Director
Savannah graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism. She worked in television production and communications at the NFL Network in Los Angeles for five years after graduating. Savannah is fully engaged with our patients on social media and loves getting to know each and every person who walks through the door. She is passionate about skincare and aesthetics because of the confidence that is gained from being comfortable in your skin. Working in television and social media is the inspiration behind instilling confidence in our clients and that starts with loving the skin you're in… and taking care of it!
Savannah is from the Braselton area and is ecstatic to be back in this community alongside Taylor at LŪM.
Carri Kornman
Medical Aesthetician and Laser Practitioner
Carri is a licensed laser practitioner and esthetician with a passion for skin care from a young age. She brings 15+ years of experience in Dermatology, aesthetics, and medical care. She also holds a CMA as a medical assistant and associates degree in healthcare, Health Science. Carri is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. She has received certifications and training from American Society for laser medicine and surgery, along with many modalities. Carri is from the Braselton area and is thrilled to be working in her community here at LŪM.
